Warranty Info

Products purchased directly from Earzfit or its authorized dealers are valid for warranty coverage within the USA only

Products purchased through other vendors or from retailers not authorized by Earzfit are NOT covered by our warranty. If you are international, you are responsible for all shipping costs.

Items are only eligible for refit or refund within 30 days of purchase from Earzfit or its authorized dealers.

After 30 days, we reserve the right to replace the products under our discretion, and you would be responsible for all shipping costs. (Please note: due to abuse, we no longer allow more than two replacements.)

Our warranty covers products from defects in craftsmanship and materials for one (1) year from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to apply penalties if our inspection discovers damage not covered under warranty.

General wear and tear, customer negligence, gross misuse of the product, or Acts of God are not covered by the warranty.
